NYZX Resistive Level Switch Operating Principle

The NYZX series resistance rotary material level switch is the use of micro motor as a driving device, the drive shaft is connected with the clutch, when there is no contact with the material, the motor runs normally, when the blade contact with the material, the motor stops rotating, the detection device output a contact signal, at the same time cut off the power to stop rotating. When the material falls, the resistance of the blade disappears and the detection device returns to the original state by torsion spring. For different specific gravity material torque size can be adjusted.

NYZX Resistive Level Switch Installation requirements

Confirm material specific gravity to select blade.
Confirm installation method and size.
Please choose the high temperature serieswhen the temperature in the barrel is over 80°C.
Stop switch junction box outlet must be down, cable fixed screw mother must be locked.
When the continuous position is 1 "thread, the sickle blade can be selected so that it can be locked directly into the tube tooth.1'
The controller can be installed at ahorizontal angle of 15°C-20°C to reduce the impact on the material.
Shaft length adjustable type and steel cable type only suitable for top mounting.
The rotary resistance switch should avoid being installed directly under the blanking opening.
When there is no way to avoid it, a steel plate can be welded on the top wall of the product to reduce
the impact of the material product and prevent the material impact from causing misoperation.
The torsion spring is used to adjust the output torsion of the rotating shaft. When the specific gravity of the
measured object is large, the spring torsion can be adjusted to the strongest position, but the blade sensitivity is
poor. On the contrary, the smaller the specific gravity of the measured object, the weaker the spring is, and the better the blade sensitivity is. (Note: The force of the torsion spring should not be replaced at will so as not to make a mistake).
